When it comes to packing for High Point Market, you’ll hear a lot of generic advice. Comfortable shoes! Dress for the weather! Well, duh. Assuming we’re all grownups (since children under 15 technically aren’t permitted at Market) and know when to pack an umbrella, let’s take this to the next level.

Because, let’s face it, this is a visual industry and there’s no shortage of fantastically chic and fashionable souls at HPMKT.  But don’t be intimidated! The best maxim for what to wear during Market is: You Do You...Comfort Edition.

Booties, skinny pants, comfy loafers, cool jackets, chunky accessories, great glasses…it’s all good!

…And then there are the HPMKT Fashion Icons. Remember what we said about not being intimidated? We’ll make an exception when it comes to this bunch…

Of course, that was Fall—there’s no telling what’s in store for spring!
